WHAT WE DO: We run Youth Education Workshops and train professional Local Leaders worldwide 

WHAT WE TEACH: We use experiential food culture and cooking programming to empower people to make the connection between food, health, and sustainability

WHO WE REACH: We TEACH underserved youth directly and we also TRAIN Local Leaders to implement The Cookbook Project curriculum in their communities

OUR GOALS: To reconnect people to food culture, healthy cooking, and the benefits of using local and seasonal ingredients to create a sustainable global food system

OUR MISSION: To reverse the rise of chronic lifestyle-related diseases worldwide by using traditional food cultures to teach youth about nutrition, health, and sustainability.
